Mental Health Treatment Providers

We welcome all levels of experience and for starting LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW, or Psychological associates, our LPC-S, Psychologists, and  LCSW-S professionals can provide supervision toward licensure at no cost. As a Mental Health Treatment Provider for us, you’ll benefit from recent salary increases and training opportunities in many programs:

Salary Range for Mental Health Professionals at TJJD

  • $70,000 – $103,000*

Annual Salaries for Psychologists at TJJD

  • Psychologist II – $101,209 or $105,556*
  • Psychologist III – $112,455 or $120,333*
  • Psychologist III + 3 years of experience – $118,702 or $123,637

Requirements

  • Must be licensed as a psychologist in Texas.
  • Psych II – has at least 18 months of fulltime wage-earning experience as a licensed psychologist.
  • Psych III – has at least 3 years of fulltime wage-earning experience as a licensed psychologist.

* Those working in MH or Crisis Stabilization units make the higher listed salary.
