Job Description

The successful applicant will provide direct clinical services to youth under the care of the Department. These services will take place in a secure and non-secure juvenile setting. The therapist is responsible for group, individual, family therapy and parent education group for department clients. The therapist participates in treatment and staff
meetings, policy and procedure creation and assists in program development. You may be expected to speak in front of groups, testify in court, advocate for the clients and liaison with community professionals.


Possession of a Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work as a LMSW, LPC, LPC-I, LCSW, LSOTP or similar licensure. Three years clinical experience working with at-risk youth.


Must meet NCIC/TCIC employment guidelines. Valid driver’s license. Computer proficiency. Must successfully complete a physical, background check and drug screen.
