Program Description
The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that by 2020, depression will be the number one cause of disability in the workplace. Work related stress can adversely impact employee performance. These employees may exhibit inadequate decision making, have excessive absenteeism, disciplinary problems, decreased productivity, increased errors and accidents. Organizational ramifications include high turnover, increased costs to train new employees, and possible damage to the organization’s image. This training will identify the causes of work related stress, as well as methods both employees and employers can use to aid in addressing this issue.
