The Human Resources Department administers the program areas of recruitment, employment, employee services, performance management and employee relations. The department supports the vision of the Texas Juvenile Justice Department by creating an environment conducive to increasing human value and diversity by using human resources more efficiently and improving individual, team and agency performance.
